In May i submitted my SonicbidsE.P.K.
to a new indie label from Chebanse named
K.T. Recordz for to be considered on their roster expansion.
I paid $5 for the submission fee and half an hour later
i got a responce from the company`s owner Jim Dill
that he wanted my instrumental song “Kathleen”
for the upcoming compilation “Guitars of Tomorrow Vol.1″.
Of course i was flattered and happy for his offer
so i said YES and paid the additional $5 fee for the song.
That`s when my troubles started!
He sent me the contract asking my permission for the song
and after i agreed with the terms and i signed it i sent it back to him.
Later on in May 2007 i was also accepted on the company`s
roster expansion which meant promotion,booking gigs,
arranging interviews and i was thrilled and excited.
I presented the new contract papers to my lawyer,paid his fee,
and after we both agreed that they were legitimate
i signed the papers and sent 10 cds,10 promo pictures,
1 dvd of a live performance, and two more cds with interviews
and live performances at radio stations
to the company`s owner Jim Dill.
While excanging e-mails with him i`ve discovered that the man
was complete illiterate, and after mentioning my worrying
to be represented by a total moron and illiterate dude was not
what i had in mind for my promotion, he reasured me that his
wife Lynn Dill was a writer
and that she was going to take care of all the serious
press releases and announcments and i was naive enough
to accept that that will be the case.
Ten days after he received everything i sent him,
and in the middle of September 2007, he sent a mass e-mail
announcing that K.T.Recordz was bought by other investors
and because he didn`t agree with their new policies
he is leaving the company and his dreams of the compiilation
and artists promotion behind for a while till he could be able
to finance and start a new one under the name “NUBLUERECORDS”.
Meanwhile he was still collecting submission fees,
K.T.Recordz
as this document proves, till the middle of November!
I then contacted him noumerous times asking him to return
all of my material that by now he was illegally holding,
and after i finally got him on the phone in November
he lied to me that his “secretary” had sent everything back
to me and that was the last i`ve heard from him.
After that i contacted many frustrated musicians that
were on the compilation,who had never heard back from him either,
but through my investigation i found out that his main
artist Jimmy Warren was the one and same person as Jim Dill (every picture tells a story)
and that the whole scam of him collecting all these fees
from musicians around the globe was to promote Himself
and his “Music” by receiving songs from other artists
and making some serious bucks from stealing their money
and their intellectual property.
I also found out that the guy was a total LOOSER
with NO MONEY of his own to start a business
and totaly uncapable of promoting his artists
as his adds for financial aid posted in July of 2007
prove,Jim Dill!
I wonder and fear if mine and other musicians songs
have made it to illegally selling compilations around the globe.
Be alert and be aware of THIEFS=JIM DILL-LIERS-CROOKS like JIM DILL.

I personally know both people you are referring to and you have shown yourself to be an uneducated idiot. They surely are not the same people.
I dont know where you get you information from but they to are uneducated idiots. My guess is you “Think” you got it right. I believe you may have crossed the defimation law line! I will surely pass this on to both of them!
Having known both people for many years, I can say that you do not know either one of them at all. I know of Jim Dill’s experience with K.T. Records, I can tell you don’t.
People like you are bring property values down. I think you should quit trying to hurt people you truly don’t know and concentrate on being HALF the guitarist, with HALF the accomplishments as Jimmy Warren.

Also…after following a few links I can see that you also are uneducated about business.
Many people look for angel investors to move their business to new levels or for start up.
Just goes to show your ignorance!
This showswhy your still plays shit holes and hustling your crapy CD’s to make a buck! Your why Jerry Springer has a job!

This is a very serious accusation and I would like to remain very open-minded to both sides of it.
Unfortunately both arguments do not have enough evidence to back up the claims made.
If either of you have any strong evidence to support your claim, I suggest that you publish it so that we may reach the truth.

Wow…..heavey accusations. Do you really know Jim? Having known Jim for 25 years and having full knowledge of this situation I must say your surely unaware of the truth surrounding it.
It appears you’ve done a good job of piecing enough half truths and links to make yourself look good but you still fall short of complete honest truth.
Sounds as if you’ve been beaten up from the business and Jim is your scape goat or target to spew your pain onto. Sad to hear it.
There is freedom offered in Jesus for your pain and hurt. Throwing accusations and trying to cut at a man (and his wifes) character due to these circumstances sounds childish and immature.
During the KT Redordz period where Jim tried to form a business and search for investors, his heart was on trying to help musicians (because he is one), but it came to a halt. It was painful for him and costly in many ways.
I know as a business owner myself for 27 years that people search for Angel investors to help them along during many stages of building and growing a business. I helped Jim put together his business plan to give to investors. Failure was not planned or proposed. He had many people contact him interested, but Jim was looking for a sincere hearted person who also loved music. It never happened in time and the people who were going to help backed out and made it impossible for Jim.
It’s extremely unfortunate that people like yourself would rather lash out to harm someones character over a situation without knowing the person or the why behind the situation.
My suggestion is before you throw a stone you see if your without sin! Mature people don’t create forums like this purposely to hurt someone because something didn’t go there way or the outcome was not as they desired. Especially without knowing the truth behind the situation.
I know Jim offered to pay your $5 back but you didn’t want it. I also know from conversations you asked for the Cd’s back and they did not get to you. However according to the contract you signed they became KT property.
All things aside, you created this over $5 and a few CD’s. And without knowing the truth behnd all the circumstances. Shame on you. Shame on you for lashing out at his wife, whom you have never met or never known.
I wonder if we had the chance to look in your closet or investigate your life, would you be without fault or sin? Should we create a blog or forum to distroy your character over something we know little to nothing fully about?
When I was a child I acted like a child but when I became a man I put away childish things.
You should be ashamed of yourself!

A friend of mine forwarded me your posting on Jim Dill. I am personal appauled at the way you put together bits and pieces of things to try to form a unethical picture of Jim. Like my friend stated I wonder if you even know the truth behind the situation.
This is the problem with such sites, there is no boundries and anyone can claim anything they like for what ever reason they wish, and all for personal gain or to make themselves look and feel better.
Jim & Jimmy are the same, they never claimed to be different. Jimmy was jim's performing name and had been for 20 years. My friend Tom was wrong to make such a statment, but he was surely accurate in the rest.
Thousands of artists, actors and musicians use stage names. Thousands of businesses seek and try to attract investors. Thousands of businesses fail and people loose everything and feelings get hurt in the process. But mature people behave and react like mature people.
A blog such as this shows lack of taste, understanding as well as maturity. Those that believe such rubbish without seeking the full truth, not just your production of what you say is truth, are as blind as those who create it.
I pray that God will heal your heart and allow you to see the foolishness of your posting.

This is being passed around and many of jim’s friends are surely outraged. Partial information and links that are presented out of context show a lack of good judgement and an unawareness to factual truths.
To insinuate that if someone uses a different name to perform from regualar life displays a scam than hollywood and entertainment is full of liars and scammers.
If someone tries to use investors to start a business and lays out a clear business plan is considered a scammer there are many mom and pop businesses ran by scammers.
To me, especially knowing Jim, this is so far out there. I have known Jim and his wife Lynn for 15 years. I know there children and have been close to them through many stages of their lives. I can say that this posting is in very bad taste and comes from an incorrect prospective of the situation.
I must say when you piece things together as Mr Soukis did, it looks questionable. But when you know the facts, the man behind the facts you can’t help but see the false perspective given in this blog.
I started a busness 22 years ago with my husband. We used investors to raise capital. We have presented business plans 4 times over the years to attract investors at different stages of our careers. I don’t know where we would have been without them.
I make the statement that Jim is a scam because he tried to get investors is ridiculous. As is making accusations around the fact he, like many others, uses a stage name.
I wish blogs like this were illegal, because they are sure immoral. I to pray that Jesus will enter you heart and set you free.
Never has jim spoken to us about your site. It is my understand after tonight he is well aware of it.
I’m sure he is strong enough to handle all accusations and questions surrounding it. I pray God will give you your just reward. May you find forgiveness in Christ.
